"Hope Inn" is a heartwarming comedy about four troubled tenants—a blocked writer, a failing violin student, a hot-tempered disabled man, and a girl grieving her brother—who clash but ultimately heal each other. These characters were born from my own anxieties and grief during the scriptwriting process. As my first amateur short film for a school assignment, it has its flaws, but the entire process brought our crew winter warmth. I hope you enjoy it.
